Phantom of the Paradise

On Halloween, 1974, Phantom of the Paradise premiered and quickly disappeared. But like its title character, it was maimed and framed, but over the years it has become critically claimed. A dazzling and furious blend of genres, Brian De Palma's singular vision resulted in a cult classic unlike any other, and one whose legend and status have only grown over time. We're joined by filmmaker Alex Sosin ("The Canyon") to celebrate this film that rose from the ashes like a Phoenix, and continues to rock and roll for the hell of it.
